PURPLE BRAND offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their premium denim and apparel purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
